Interns and Volunteers

We are looking for outgoing and self-motivated interns to join our campaign for El Cerrito City Council. Lisa’s platform priorities are: 

• FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY Focus on increases in revenue for longer-term view. Create more housing to build a greater consumer base for local businesses. Support parks, open spaces, and urban greening projects that raise property values. 

• HOUSING: Welcoming and inclusive housing opportunities to meet the needs of neighbors of all income levels and functional abilities. Environmentally sound and financially equitable smart growth projects in amenity- and opportunity-rich areas.

• COMMUNITY SAFETY: Invest in services and planning that prepare us for multiple natural disasters. Work with our police department to assure policies and actions provide respect and compassion for all neighbors. Promote walkability and transit services.

If you’re an ambitious and creative individual and want experience working on a political campaign, then we want to work with you! Your responsibilities will include creating and posting content for social media, distributing flyers and yard signs, supporting Zoom Meet-the-Candidate calls, and phone banking.
